3 User Responsibilities

As a Fizenwallet user, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Private Key Management: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys, recovery phrases, and PINs
2. Loss of Access: If you lose your private keys or recovery phrase, we cannot help you recover your cryptocurrency
3. Security: You must maintain the physical security of your hardware wallet
4. Compliance: You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the value or security of any cryptocurrency

4 Purchases and Returns

4.1 Pricing and Payment

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment is required at the time of purchase
